What to contact us about

• A payout figure that does not match your experience, with the date and method if you have them.
• An offer or term that has changed since we last read it.
• A broken link or a page that will not load.

What we cannot help with

We are not an operator and we hold no accounts on your behalf, so we cannot release a withdrawal, recover a balance, close an account or intervene in a dispute.
